PROBLEMS WITH FILE UPLOAD:
- For the first time users, it’s somewhere confusing to decide where to write file name and where to write the text. Because the filename box appears first and looks like an area to write something.
- On the window system, the user can use widgets by simply clicking on a file icon and open a particular file. Also if a user wishes to use right clicking and select a particular option. I guess most user won’t find it easily without any help.
- For the user to type the file name directly into the input box, one must type full pathname ad must be typed correctly. It’s difficult for some user to remember the full pathname correctly.
- If the input is not the name of an existing file then every time an empty file is shown and no warning is given. So this will really confuse the users.
- Some users wish to view the contents of the file in the dialogue box since it is difficult to identify the file with the name only.
- Sometimes browser support is also limited due to poor quality even in the newer versions also.
